PRICING
$575 - per night - up to 4 people
$90 per person per night, up to 2 additional people (6 in total)
Minimum stay 2 nights
Cleaning fee is included
All prices include GST
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Each guest receives a $25 Food & Beverage credit to be used daily at O.B.E.
To be redeemed before 11.30am or between 3pm and 5pm.
On days that we are closed the credit will be allocated to the another day.
Any other Food and beverage is to be paid as you go or you can set up a tab.
AVAILABLITY
Check availability via our Airbnb lisiting.
However we recommend booking direct with us to save on booking fees.
RULES
Any parties or large scale events must be pre approved by management. Management lives on the neighbouring property and is aware of this happening.
BOOKING
To recieve the above rates you must book directly with us by filling out the form. Once scheduled we will send you an invoice to be paid online with our payment terms.
PAYMENT
Payment is required in full to confirm the booking.
